Ms.Arias was a former owner and GM of a Minor League football team in the UFL in 1995 for 4 years. She established a competitive team as well as an organization that was respected in the football arena. In 2003 was then asked to become a league’s operations director. She comes to the BNEFF/BEFF with experience on both sides of the ball and is looking forward to the 2010 season.

Other Info: Mr. Griven has proven himself to be a top notch mover and shaker in the Semipro football world. He is the former Deputy commissioner of the GSFL. While holding that position, Mr.Girven helped take the GSFL to great heights.
Mr.Girven was responsible for bringing the GSFL leagues All-Star game to Giants Stadium. He was also the owner of two top contending teams in both the EFA and the GSFL.

He have worked as a Head coach,Defensive coordinator and League Board member in the Garden State Football league. he has been a major part in the growth of the BEFF/BNEFF and will continue to work hard to bring the best to the league.

Mr. Tracy Alford has been working within minor league football for over 15 years. On the football field he has worked as defensive/offensive coordinator and Head Coach. Off the field in 1998 he became Deputy Commissioner of the United Football League NY/DC where he helped the league expand in the south. In 2002 he was part of the original board of director of the Eastern Football Alliance tournament, developing the power rating system. He accepted the role of Commissioner of the UFL in 2004 and in 2006 Tracy was asked to become Commissioner of the Colonial Football Alliance where he used his football management skills to help expand the CFA from 5 teams to 16 teams.
Tracy was a member of the US Army/ Army Reserve and brings elements of military discipline, organization and operation.

Mr.Pryor saw were he could put expertise in marketing for the league and left the DC position and filled the position of Dir.of Marketing for the BNEFF Group.
